Here we define our quality rating structure which is used by the 'Quality Ratings' calculation option on the Supplier top menu. The screen shot below gives an example of 4 ratings with the allowed % of mon-conformances.  The last entry (lowest rating) normally has the 'hold order' check box applied so that users are not allowed to place any more purchase orders for any supplier that has been given this rating. It can however be applied at more than one level.
