Call logs is an option available in most modules and enables a user to record any details they have against the displayed item.  Telephone conversatiuons can be noted or any changes discussed. This allows any user to see this information at the press of a button. Date/time and user ID's are recorded alng with contacts and an expandable notes option.

 

The Email button allows the user to send a quick email to the highlighted contact
