Selling Price Increase

This will increase the selling price of a range of stock id's by a percentage. Used by customers where items have a selling price

 

Register Plan Price Increase

The cost price for the displayed stock record can be increased by a percentage for all drawing plans where it is being used.  Mostly used for subcontract items where the kilo rate might require increasing but is equally applicable for any stock id

Concatenate Duplicates

Due to some imported data from older systems stock ID's can become duplicated.  This routine will find all the duplocates and amalgamate them in to one.

 

Correct Negative GRN Entries

If for some reason a GRN becomes negative, this option will make the necessary corrections.

 

Delete Stock Record

Use this with extreme caustion as deleting a stock record will remove all references to it throughout the system and cannot be undone

 

Stock Balance Write Off

It is inevitable that over time small amounts of material stock will remain on the system, sometimes as little as several millimetres. Using this function is is possible to enter a balance, stock type and units to filter these in to one list. Then by selecting the 'write off' button the system will make the necessary goods out transaction to permanently remove them
