The screenshot below shows a series of sample procedures which must be completed prior to sending a quotation to a customer. The Quote review option can be turned off in the Defaults section of the system.

 

Enter as many procedures as necessary under the requirement column. The remaining check boxes should be left unchecked and are used for advanced review procedures which can be discussed further with our support team.
