Training Types are used when making entries in the training records section. Enter each type on a separate line

 

 

Inspection Groups

 

Inspection groups define which groups of employees can perform first off inspection requirements. For example lets say an operation requires inspection for a first off and its a milling operation. The planner may decide that anyone in the milling inspection group can pass the first off.  This allows the operator to see who can pass his inspection requirement by looking at the group of employees offered to him. In another example the first off requires several critical dimensions to be checked which is beyond the capability of the employee so the planner sets the Inspection group as the only group able to do it. The employe can then transfer the first off to any employee within the inspection group.

Inspection Employees

 

Select the inspection group from the dropdown field and then add each employee no. that belongs to that group in to the grid. Repaeat this for each group.
