This option allows the user to setup standard descriptions. These can be used when creating the process plan. Rather than use the default simple descriptions from the work centre, the user can select from the list below saving time in re-typeing.

 

Enter a new process description on the next empty line - you can also use the button to use the text editor window for bigger descriptions.
