The screenshot below shows a series of sample procedures which must be completed prior to a Job moving from its 'Entered' status for further processing. The Job review option can be turned off in the Defaults section of the system.
Above is an example of a Contract review that consists of 4 procedures to be carried out on a new order/job when it is entered.
