Used to define the country for which the customer resides. The grid should be pre-populated with all the EU country codes and associated country names. UK based customers DO NOT require a country code and should be left empty when entering new cutomer records.
For countries not present in the grid then simply scroll to the bottom and in a new line enter the country code and the country name. E.g. USA - United Staes or JP - Japan
