Login Error

You get the following error when logging in to Redant - 'Cannot Open Database xxxxxxx requested by the login. The login failed.

This error happens when the SQL database service on your server/pc has not started correctly. This can occur after a windows update. Rebooting the server/pc will normally resolve this however, if this fails open up 'Services' on the server/pc and locate the service 'SQL (Redant)' - right click and restart/start the service. Also restart the SQL Browser Service as well.
