Used to define foreign currencies and exchange rates.  Quotations, Sales Invoices and Purchase orders can all be produced in any foreign currency defined here. Exchange rates can be changed at point of entry and modified before printing any document.

 

Decide on a currency code for each entry - our advice would be to use the currency code as defined on the financial markets e.g. USD for US Dollars.
