Used to setup field sales personell to assign to a customer record. This will allow reports to be produced to see sales generated by salesman and calculate possible commissions due.  By entering the saleman's email address, any quotations created on their will be emailed to them so they have a copy and are kept in the loop. Leave the Email address column empty should you not require this option.
