Using contact details from Customer and Supplier records you have the ability to send out an automated email. Fill in the form as shown below and  attach any files required.    

 

 

Use the select contacts button to select which contacts are emailed. The following window will be displayed which defaults to all contacts which have the 'email list' check against their name. See help topic for setting up contacts.  Selecting any of the other radio buttons will select the appropriate contacts who have the relevant options selected.  You can un-select any contact from the list by clicking the select column or by using the Slect/Cancel All button. Select Close when you have finished selecting the required contacts.

 

 

Select the Email button from the first window to commence sending emails. The process sends an email every few seconds rather than in one hit. This is by design so as not to trigger any 'anti spam' mechanisms.
