Delivery notes can be created from an existing product order, job order, stock or manually. Product or Job order requiring certificates will have them generated automatically with full traceability of materials and subcontract work. RedAnt can also produce a full 3.1 or 3.2 certificate from chemical and mechanical analysis entered from the goods received module.
Job and Product items are checked against customer specific paramters for example the max items allowed on a delivery note or whether mixed customer order number are allowed or not. Redant can also pre-notify the customer of the pending delivery with an attached copy of the delivery note in the email. This is a big favourite with many of the blue chip companies like Roles Royce and British Aerospace.
On time delivery reports are available as part of your quality control with added graphical analysis for AS9100 approved companies.
A release note option is available which allows a user to generate a special numbered document to accompany an item which does not require an actual delivery note for example equipment loans and samples.
Courier delivey information can be recorded including total consignment weight and tracking information. There are links to send this information direct to couriers if required.
Delivery labels are available to accompany the delivered items with the ability to change label quantities for example when being shipped on more than one pallet or in several bags. These can including bar codes as required.
Invoices are created off the back of the delivery note and can be multi currency. Users can choose a separate invoice numbering system or use the same as the delivery note. Invoices can be emailed one at a time to a customer or as a batch.
Redant can export sales and purchase invoices to a number of different account systems including Sage.
